The 2025 Joint Yearly Conference, titled “Tomorrow’s Freight Transport”, will take place on Tuesday, 21 October 2025, from 10.00 to 17.00 CET, in Berlin — with the support of Germany’s Federal Ministry of Transport.

The Yearly Conference will provide a unique platform for dialogue between transport operators, digital service providers, national administrations, and EU institutions. The focus will be on how digital regulation — with the eFTI Regulation at its core — is accelerating innovation and shaping the future of freight transport across Europe and its neighbouring regions. Throughout the day, participants will enjoy a rich programme of expert insights, technology demonstrations, and interactive sessions aimed at highlighting how eFTI contributes to more efficient, sustainable, and secure logistics processes — especially in a cross-border context.
