After the success of the first webinar on 7 May, eFTI4ALL continued its series of events dedicated to eFTI Platforms with a second appointment titled “Business Value and Digital Ecosystem”, which took place online yesterday, Thursday 18 June. The webinar gathered more than 100 participants.
Following the initial session on architecture, roles, and integration, this second webinar shifted the focus towards the business and ecosystem perspective of eFTI implementation. The session explored the value of eFTI platforms for the logistics sector, the opportunities offered by digital freight data exchange, and the role of different stakeholders in building a connected and interoperable environment.
The webinar also addressed how eFTI can support new services, improve cooperation across the transport chain, and contribute to the wider digitalisation of freight transport in Europe. Through presentations and discussion, speakers shared insights on the practical steps needed to turn regulatory requirements into operational and business opportunities. Throughout the session, participants had the opportunity to engage with the speakers and contribute to an active discussion on the future development of the eFTI ecosystem.
