On 26–27 May 2026, the eFTI4ALL consortium gathered in Brussels for its 4th Consortium Meeting, hosted by Collibra at its premises in the heart of the European capital.

The meeting marked an important milestone for the project, as partners reached the midpoint of the eFTI4ALL journey towards supporting the implementation of the eFTI Regulation across Europe. With half of the project now completed, the consortium took the opportunity to review progress achieved so far, assess ongoing activities and align priorities for the next phase of work.

Over two intensive days, partners discussed the status of project activities, upcoming pilot developments and stakeholder engagement actions. Particular emphasis was placed on a series of interactive breakout sessions, designed to encourage open discussion, collect feedback and provide space for partners to share questions, concerns, experiences and expectations regarding the work still ahead.

The meeting also benefited from the participation of representatives from DG MOVE and CINEA, who provided valuable insights on policy developments, project implementation and the broader European context surrounding eFTI deployment.

Beyond the plenary sessions, the programme included networking opportunities and informal exchanges that further strengthened collaboration among consortium members. The event also featured the third gathering of the eFTI4Runners club, with partners taking part in a morning run through Brussels, offering an additional opportunity to foster team spirit and collaboration outside the meeting environment.

As the project enters its second half, the consortium remains focused on advancing pilot activities, supporting stakeholder engagement and contributing to the successful implementation of electronic freight transport information across Europe.
