On 23 October, the eFTI4ALL project, together with its sister initiative eFTI4EU, participated in the BVL Supply Chain CX event in Berlin. The joint participation highlighted the ongoing efforts to implement the EU eFTI regulation and showcased how digital tools are transforming cross-border transport and logistics.

During the panel discussion titled “Did you hear already something about eFTI?“, mainly aimed at companies in the logistics sector, GBK Trusted Partner, the German Ministry of Transport, Albrecht Consult and ABONA took part as members of the two project consortia. Additionally, Raoul Wintjes, Head of Air Freight Forwarding, International Road Haulage and Digitalisation at DSLV Bundesverband Spedition und Logistik, participated as the representative of the logistics sector in Germany. Raoul contributed inputs from the perspective of logistics companies, also drawing from his role as member of the Digital Transport and Logistics Forum (DTLF).

The discussion attracted great interest and was followed closely by the audience, which posed numerous questions and expressed curiosity about the digital freight initiatives.
